Dramatic vintage ladies hat is a tall toque style with a long soft large scale veil. The hat has a button and loop where the long ends of the veil criss cross thru. The vintage hat is a large scale cellophane straw in black. It measures 23 1/2" around( I told you it was large!) and is 5 1/2" tall. The veil is full face. Could be a great "mourning hat".
The vintage hat is in excellent condition, though the veil has faded a bit to a warm brown. It looks like it is supposed to be like this, but I think it was black earlier in its life.
